He has various fellowship degrees in the field of Minimal access/Laparoscopic Surgeries. His expertise includes Gastro-Intestinal(G.I)/Colorectal (Benign and Cancer) surgeries along with Metabolic including diabetes Mellitus and Bariatric (weight loss) surgeries. His keen interest in advanced Laparoscopic and Minimal Access Surgery including Laparoscopic Whipples Surgery, Laparoscopic Oncology/ Cancer Surgery, Laparoscopic diaphragmatic/ hiatal hernia, Laparoscopic Radical Surgeries including radical Gastrectomy, radical cholecystectomy, laparoscopic sphincter preserving ultra low anterior resection, laparoscopic abdominoperinal resections are well known. His work in the field of advanced Hernia repair with Laparoscopy for Inguinal, umbilical, incisional, complex and lateral wall hernias is well recognised.He has performed surgeries on various platforms like conferences and workshops. He has published papers in various Journals and has been a co-author in the chapter of Surgical Textbooks.
